    You moved the goal posts and claimed that it wasn't a big deal because Obama wasn't under investigation for it. That's has nothing to do with the fact that he did spy on the press.

    The DOJ issued a subpoena for and received records of phone calls and other items. Funny how the DOJ in 2012 is Obama and the DOJ now isn't Trump in your eyes. Why is that?

    That being said, if "Obama spied on the press" was a correct statement. There would have been a Congressional investigation at least.
