I already addressed your "question" you lying sack of shit. The Federal government can't pass legislation that only benefits one race. You then lied your ass off in response and claimed that a program to help low income home buyers did so. Improving the economic climate helps all Americans Hondo. You're the racist fuck who thinks that blacks aren't helped by tax cuts and are only helped by increasing Food Stamp participation.
Expanding oil drilling on public lands helps all Americans. Building the Keystone pipeline helps all Americans. Cutting taxes helps all Americans.
