I know. Many thought he should have been offered a long time ago when SC and Oregon offered. Nothing wrong with waiting to see a kid play some games his Junior season before offering.

I knew we should offer him after his sophomore film. Turns out I was right. Good thing it took our fucking loser coaches 10 months to offer.

Some guys have great Sophomore film, get a bunch of big name offers, and then suck it up their Junior season. Nothing wrong with waiting to see Junior film.

If we offered guys after Soph film, we'd be stuck with Legg.

"Coach Jimmy Lake was who offered me and I love Coach Lake, he's a great coach," said Hector. "It's DB U over there, and Washington is a great option. I know I'd be in good hands if I played there, especially as a DB. Can’t afford to lose this kid especially if Jimmy Lake’s future is in limbo during Ayden’s commitment process. By already losing out on Elias Ricks and with things not looking good with Kelee, Hector and Clark Phillips become that much more important. Clark would be taken at the nickel spot regardless but you still can’t lose the top 3 on the west coast at any position.
