Lots of buyers remorse out there. Chick goes to bar has some drinks and ends up banging some guy. It's all consensual but when she goes home and hubby or boyfriend finds her dripping goo "I was raped". Look around, most bars now have pretty sophisticated camera systems. Cops get involved and low and behold there she is making out with the "suspect" which she of course denied when the police took the "rape" report. No prosecutor will touch that Shit.

Publicly releasing names from unsubstantiated reports should be illegal. Any girl who gets shit on by a guy can now publicly accuse him of heinous crimes. I speak from experience here. We had a cop and some sexual assault specialist from campus come to our frat to have the #rapetalk when I was in college.
