    Couldn’t agree more, two 18 year olds get drunk, start rolling around naked and then have sex without a condom and that’s now rape.

    The problem comes when you start trying to prosecute these cases.

    Yeah I was drunk, yeah I agreed to get naked and get into the hot tub, yeah I then sat on his lap and gave him a lap dance, but when he put his dick in me without a condom he didn’t ask therefore he “raped” me.

    Lots of buyers remorse out there. Chick goes to bar has some drinks and ends up banging some guy. It's all consensual but when she goes home and hubby or boyfriend finds her dripping goo "I was raped". Look around, most bars now have pretty sophisticated camera systems. Cops get involved and low and behold there she is making out with the "suspect" which she of course denied when the police took the "rape" report. No prosecutor will touch that Shit.

    We had a cop and some sexual assault specialist from campus come to our frat to have the #rapetalk when I was in college. They made it clear that consent can not be given when you are under the influence. My fren, who is a dumbass, decided to ask a question.
