WARNING: Beating a dead horse about to happen.

Driving and listening to KOMO. Talking heads discussing Husky Decensive struggles on third down. Both Greg Lewis and Keith Gilbertson agree the lack of any real edge pass rush threat is a serious problem.

    That being said. We are playing the Patriots bend, don't break, keep the plays in front of you defense. And that only works if you can stop the run and get off the field on third down.

    If those two improve at the rate that they're going, you can even bulk up Benning and make him a full time DL. Would be a strong anchor against the run.

    But we haven’t been getting off the field on third down. That’s the point.
