Covey is a a little more instinctual, tougher, and probably has better hands than Chico.

Chico is bigger, faster, stronger.

The usage of the two is the real difference. Both are decent, nothing special.

Covey is a better returner than weapon on offense. But he would easily be the best punt returner on uw. He is going to be brain dead soon though.
