Welcome to the Hardcore Husky Forums. Folks who are well-known in Cyberland and not that dumb.
Had you listened to our advice in 2007 or earlier, the new stadium could have been funded by donors drunk on winning and BCS bowls. Instead you have put the good faith and credit of the University of Washington on the line by giving Scott Woodward bonds to build the stadium.
As you know, revenue will be required yearly to pay the interest and eventually pay the bonds off. I'm sure you have heard about the increased television revenues which will keep the money flowing in.
You may want to consider that having to carry the weight of the Olympic sports you love along with covering the bonds may be too much to ask from a mediocre program with a proven failure as head coach.
Furthermore, Larry Scott's innovative television network is doomed to failure due to lack of carriers and substandard content.
Are you noticing a trend here? The future of your jobs and the university's good faith and credit are tied to three men, a girl's tennis guy, a Louisiana political operative, and a fat loser. That should cause you some sleepless nights.
No wins, no attendance, no money. Build us a great program of face the consequences.

You see, Mr. Race, you're missing the point. We don't and never will believe or even consider that the University's "good faith and credit" are or ever will be dependent to any degree on the performance of Husky Football. In fact, all Husky Sports and UW athletics combined are small peanuts and far to often sand in the fuel that drives our great University's engine.
What would have been a black-eye for the University is the demolition and non-replacement of a historical monument such as Husky Stadium. Strictly for the purpose of avoiding such a public embarrassment, you now have a newly renovated stadium which you may use or not, we don't care. Husky Football as a priority ranks somewhere down there with student parking...... a necessary inconvenience.
The younger fans have already voted to Fire Sark.
Former Mayor Rice's wife may be a swing vote. See also the younger gal who would of never been qualified in year's past. On a positive note, nice to see newcomer Rogelio Riojas has updated his personal photo from a lamp
