Yes, it does. He's had enough time to not have this happen. The recruiting is almost easy there; no fucking excuse. And no excuse with sticking with Rosier. Kid plays like shit unless the pocket is purely comfortable. Even the slightest pressure and he doesn't step into his passes and the ball sails on him. They have some young guys who were highly recruited. Let them play and start the fucking process; this year is gonna be another 9 win at best so WTFC. Rosier only plays well when he's untouched.
