Between Benning and Jaylen finally taking nutrition seriously I really hope it plays out on the field. If Jaylen plays like he did in the Peach Bowl the entire season holy shit we are going to shred OL.

Looking back, he sheepishly recalled one outing with Vita Vea a few years ago.
“One night I was hanging out with Vita, and we went to Ezell’s and then we went to McDonald’s and then we went to Taco Bell. All in the same trip,” he said. “And then we went home and ate all of it.

But seriously he seems primed for a big year. He’s always been under the radar but a stud and played amazing versus Alabama.
About a month ago on a hungover early afternoon I willed myself out of bed on down to the neighborhood QFC to pick up eggs, milk, and more liquor. Saw a big black dude with a UW visor stocking produce so I pretended to look at bananas and saw his name tag said Jaylen. I said, "String??" he looked surprised, but saw my UW hat and said what's up. I wished him a good season, told him Go Dawgs. He seemed excited someone recognized him, gave me a little @RoadDawg55 bow, and I went home and kept drinking.
