Kaho's dad still pushing him to BAMA

You do realize the New York Yankees and Texas Rangers are different teams, right?Baseman said:
And Arod signed a $255 million contract with Texas, who sucked because they overpaid, leaving them little to build a team around him, then traded him to the Yankees.TurdBuffer said:Read between the lines: He's going to Bama to win a NC, because he doesn't believe he's capable of leading UW to a NC, despite being ranked in the top 5 with a top 55 QB. If the kid lacks that much faith in his own ability to contribute and make the team better, then WDWHA. It's like A-Rod joining the Yankees and getting upstaged by Jeter for the rest of his career. Fuck guys like that.
Arod didn’t go to Texas to win a World Series. He went because the next highest bidder offered him 80 million less. -
Of course that's what he's going to say publicly but he'll feel differently privately. I never said otherwise. My point was just that he's going to make the same type of public statements he has made before about recruits going elsewhere. He'll be pissed privately. He'll care. But he won't say or do anything publicly about it.dnc said:
Pete saying we’re focused on the guys who are here is exactly what he’s going to say publicly. Doesn’t mean he’s not working stuff behind the scenes on this. I’m sure he’s crazy pissed. Pete will carry a grudge I bet you anything.Squirt said:
Huh?dnc said:I like to assume that what is said in public is an indicator of what is happening in private, I like to do that.
I'd just be stunned if the UW actually tries to do anything about it with the NCAA. The time to do something was when the UW had power, and that was when Kaho was still bound by the LOI.
I stand by opinion. It's wishful thinking to believe there will be justice in this case. I hope to hell I'm wrong. -
Ahem
"NLI RECRUITING BAN:
Cease communication: Once a prospective student-athlete signs an NLI, all NLI member institutions
and conferences must cease contact with the NLI signee and his or her family members. Any contact
more than an exchange of a greeting would result in an NLI Recruiting Ban Violation regardless of the
conversation. The conversation does not have to result in a recruiting discussion for a violation to occur.
It is understandable that a coach from another institution, due to the relationship established during the
recruiting process, may want to call or send a note to congratulate the prospective student-athlete for
signing his or her NLI. This exchange is permissible but must be timely following the date of signing and
must not be more than the congratulatory dialogue. "

"Hey Ale....It's Tosh! Congrats on signing with UW man! That is big time! As a token of our appreciation throughout the recruiting process, we just wanted to give your dad this job on the staff and you a penthouse is Tuscaloosa for the upcoming season....you know, on your bye week and stuff! Talk soon! Love ya braddah!" -
Honestly why can't somebody just hack his fucking Twitter account and post screenshots of his communications with Tosh before he was released from his NLI on Twitter or anonymously send them to the Seattle media? Out of all the basement dwellers here certainly there is at least one computer genius who can do us this service. I WANT VENGEANCE!
