He is a great shooter, plus he went to SAAS so he's a nerd.

He scored at will in middle school. Just a smooth offensive player.

Take this to shit to the TBS bored where it belongs!

Great tape for a freshman and wouldn’t shock me if 6’3” turned into 6’7” by the time he is a senior

What stood out to me is that you can tell he has tremendous shooting mechanics for his age and already has a fairly high release that will only get better as he gets older and stronger. The other thing that is clear to me is that he moves in a controlled manner on the court that allows him to make plays not only as a scorer and passer. The layup at the end of the tape with the body control he showed is rare at that age IMO.

On the negative side he definitely doesn’t appear to be a substantial jumper and without any defensive highlights hard to tell how easy he moves his feet.

Agree. Most white kids who are 6'3 as freshmen can't dunk. That's a fact. It'll take time for that to develop as he grows into his frame.

His scoring ability as a freshman is pretty solid, especially with his size. He can be a good 3 if he grows to about 6'7/6'8.

So upside is Ryan Anderson. I'll take it.

Obviously hard to be definitive from this tape but while he seems to have a nice feel for the game, he doesn't look exceptionally athletic and lacks a first step that can get him to the paint vs decent defenders. He's going to need to get to 6'7"/6'8" to be effective at the next level.

Fucking this. Although, one of best player in state next year (Brock Ravert from Kittias) is already committed to Gonzaga and Anton Watson from G-Prep is committed to Gonzaga as well. We need to land PJ.
