Minnesota's been a shit program for decades. UW had 6 years of dreck. Kill is doing an outstanding job at Minnesota compared to our fat frat boy.

Yeah, but the Big 10 sucked when Minnesota was losing too. His team's gotten much better against a constant level of competition.
I think you can argue that Minnesota's not elite (because they're not) but not that they haven't substantially improved. Jerry Kill took over a horrible football team.
