Rivals has bumped him up to a 4* like they did Davis. Now matches his 247 star rating. However he's still 543rd in the composite. So it either hasn't updated, or ESPN is that big of an anchor on him.

Bumping him up to the 4 he deserves. Not only is his tape dope, but USC/UCLA have offered. 247 got in the boat. God only knows what the rest of the world is thinking.

In all honesty in the last 5 years there were only 2 asian DB worth recruiting in the west coast and we got them both
