I tested this out, and I was able to replicate it. It seems to only be an issue on your embedded forum, though. If you link directly to your forum (using http://forum.hardcorehusky.com/), the page jumping to the bottom does not occur.
I'm going to look into this a bit further and see if I can find a solution. If I end up needing to get a developer to investigate, I'll let you know.
