I don't think I've ever seen a team win being that bad on offense. When I was a kid, the Chiefs beat the Steelers in about 1986 with no offense and John Mackodick as coach. -

2002 Steelers vs Texans. Houston won 24-6 despite being outgained 422-47 yds. Houston had 3 first downs
