He's another guy who would have had a much better career had he not been caught up in the UW cluster fuck from 2002-2006. That's 3 different coaches in 5 years. His injury derailed what was a pretty good senior season the first 6 games.

Had Rick not been fired I don't think Paus starts one game in 2004. I think Rick would have gone with Stanback and run the same offense he ran with Tui. We'd been an option team. I think with Rick, Stanback would have been remembered a lot better.
