Here is the problem:
Stanford is trying to shorten the game like Arizona St and wear down UW's defense and limit possessions because that is what Stanford does.
UW knows this and should go toe to toe with the run game and keep Stanford's D on the field and wear them down.
UW Doesn't do any of this and throws the ball.
UW loses like they should. Game over. -
