Myles Murao, 2020 OL, Santa Ana (Mater Dei), CA (COMMITTED š³)

Washington signee Myles Murao is also playing for Team Mauka (the same team as Rome Odunze), but he still had not made it to Honolulu as of Wednesday morning. Because he is already enrolled at UW, he may have simply decided not to play, but he had been cleared to be a part of the action.
We'll see tomorrow if Murao is going to be playing or not. -

UW signee Myles Murao had a great one on one session to win all four of his reps. Strong initial punch and not giving up any ground during pass rush drills.Tequilla said:

ALPHA DOG
OL Myles Murao- Murao just landed on Wednesday and today was his first workout of the week after early enrolling at Washington. It didnāt take long at all for Murao to show why heās one of the nationās top linemen as he went undefeated in one on one action and wining most of his reps in dominant fashion. Murao has played solely at tackle during high school but will slide inside and play guard or center in college and has a great chance to see extended playing time as a true freshman. Heās one of the most technically sound lineman we have ever seen and is arguably the best lineman Mater Dei has produced in the last decade.
He just showed up today (missed the first 2 days) and hes already the top performer -

Murao has come down here and done Murao things. A mauler in the middle, weāve seen him control the line of scrimmage and sometimes bury a defensive tackle.
āAs steady a linemen to come out of the West in some time,ā Huffman said. āWilling to take a number of reps, has played center, both guard spots, held his own against Bryan Bresee splitting reps with him in the East-West 1-on-1s. Does a tremendous job setting that anchor, initial punch and holding his ground. He is the most technically sound lineman in the region.ā

Best OL we have recruited in decades imo.

Please redshirt him. He might be great this year but playing early on the lines usually has negative long term effects. Just one year off Rhino Cum is all I ask.

No need to redshirt him. Youāre probably only redshirting him for the NFL if you do.theknowledge said:Please redshirt him. He might be great this year but playing early on the lines usually has negative long term effects. Just one year off Rhino Cum is all I ask.
