Chris Peterman was great for the program but he was too principled to survive the long haul in today's NCAA recruiting economy.
After a good run he tapped out. Imagine Peterman talking to players about portals and shit? -

Hard to be positive when it’s clear your admin and program are committed to mediocrity and prioritize social justice, sustainability, and “respecting” rivals over anything resembling a winning program.lvd said:I can see now why chris peterson would be burned out of the job from "fans" such as yourselves. I am more convinced that JL might be the right person for this job as he seems better able to brush off irrationality better than most. Some of the comments on this forum are highly "suspect" whether the intentions are to drive recruits elsewhere. Positivity is definitely lacking

I agree with both sides on Pete. He did help the program and could've been great at UW.animate said:Chris Peterman was great for the program but he was too principled to survive the long haul in today's NCAA recruiting economy.

Fuck him for not doing it though. Maybe principle played a role, but it really just came down to him not wanting to be a championship coach. It's too all-consuming a job and he wasn't willing, even for $5mil per year or whatever the fuck he was getting. -
Its hard

Alaska Airlines isn’t exactly a small company and sponsors our shit, with a CEO on the Foster School BOD but can’t even get FREE PUB here.hardhat said:
I guess JTT wasn't swayed by the opportunity to drive trucks for Amazon and poop and pee in bags after a glorious college football career. What a dummy. -

This place predictably bitches out for a solid week or two before big targets publicly commit elsewhere. Once it actually happens things become tolerable again within a day or so. During the lead up though...christ.backthepack said:You guys are fags.

After putting up 13 vs Stanford, Colorado, etc he tapped out. Imagine Peterman talking to players about a million formations and starting inferior seniors? -
