It wasn't a tazer the officers said they were armed thinking their was a shooter in the building and had their weapons brandished.
When Clay Travis is your source you should really think about posting it.
In reference to the union letter rebuttal:

Video was inconclusive. Didn't show him being an idiot, also didn't show the cop doing what was alleged.
