It wasnt USC all the time, but they never stopped recruiting him. Fast strategy AF. He said because of the connections. That has nothing to do with football. Who cares if the team sucks. Socal kid will go to USC no matter what unless they hate them. That is possible but we need to go after those kids with someone that can recruit. Easier said than done. But that is not our job that is Pete's job!
