This is essentially the same as spring football. It's fundamentals. That SI article mentioned Dollar working on defensive principles. That's what this team fucking needs. Get down to basics. You need to break these kids down and build them back up. I'm not worried about the strategy part. That will come in the summer. I love that he's out hustling, recruiting, working out with the team, flying to Vegas to visit recruits, he's grinding. It's clear to me that work ethic was a big issue with Romar and it seems like Hop is setting the foundation for the culture at Washington. What it didn't say was that he's watching film or working with the coaches on strategy.
