As a coach, Alford took fucking SW Missouri State to the Sweet Sixteen and has UCLA there again for the 3rd time in 5 years. He'll go again next year if he stays. Jim Mora got fired from the Seahawks.

I've followed his career. He's won at a decent clip. He has also not done anything special and has topped out at the sweet 16.
