So 60% of the best returning P12 players are playing in the state of Washington?

And both WSU an UW (each) have more than USC?

What that list doesn't show is how wide the gap is between Darnold at #1 and Browning at #2.

You are right- this is the first article all offseason not to hype the Trojans- strange. Thing is though that despite the choke job by the Nittany Lions USC was not that good in 2016 and they are still coached by Clay Helton.

Darnold is the best QB in the conference, they are stacked at RB, and have a crapload of talent at WR despite losing Rogers and Smith-Schuster. But I see a number of question marks at other positions:

OL- Mama and Banner are gone. Lobendahn might not recover from his knee injury fully.

DT- the Utah grad transfer plugged a big hole for them last year but they still had to use a nickel base set because all their other DT/NTs were shit. That doesn't work against Stanford (302 yards rushing) and shouldn't against UW either if we run the damn ball. At least two true freshmen will play.

CB- Freshman Javk Jones looked completely lost in the Rose Bowl after having to step in for the injured Adoree. We will see if he learns anything this offseason because he is now a starter.

Glad Gaines is on the list, but it still sucks.

Cody O'Connell got demolished by Gaines on the goal line. He doesn't give up sacks because the ball comes out quick.

I know the Cal DL isn't a top 10 player even though I don't know who he is. Utah has at least one DL better than him.

At least the list got #1 right.
