Oregon got a good OL coach/recruiter. I highly doubt mr. personality will be able to pull out player from OR. West Coast is fucking light next year on OL. We are so fucked.

I think under this staff, the coaches who recruit communicate the offers. I think they also have some discretion in who they offer, but my guess is Pete has veto power (WIW).
