Trump voters work for a living.
Trump voters work for a living. Are you going to say anything that isn't regurgitated from someone else?
Honestly this just doesn't make sense on the 1st full day in office. If Spicer would've just brushed off any questions and ignored it going forward, very few people would've cared in the long run. Trump is president now, he doesn't have to worry about petty shit like attendance at his inauguration... but I think he's to insecure about his popularity to ignore it and hence Spicer won't. Now it's a lot bigger of a story, and it gives the media (especially the liberally inclined media) yet another talking point against him. Just a blatant stupid lie that didn't need to be made.
Shitty TV ratings and shitty turnout in DC for inauguration (worst in 50 years), shitty approval rating (worst in modern history for incoming president). Steals lines from Batman villain Bane in inaugural speech. And that was just day 1.Day 2, Trump's win inspires the largest mass protest in US history, gets into crowd size whine fest at CIA HQ and blames refs media for being "unfair", sends Spicer to press pool to Baghdad Bob the crowd numbers. So far so good.
