This pretty much some up my worldview. I have no home in either party and am an equal opportunity hater of the progressive left, as well as right wing nuts. I think there are plenty of us here who occupy the space of not being so-called pussy liberal snow flakes whilst still finding Trump a jack-ass. But if the man somehow manages to greatly exceed my low expectations, and get us some decent economic growth (above 3% a year consistently) and improve our foreign policy situation, I will repent for my sins and give him some credit. In other words, it's wait and see mode.

This. Although I lean left on social issues becuase I'm a staunch secularist and god doesnt give a fuck who you bang or what you do to your body. My growing issue with the right is the rapidly increasing religious rhetoric, which I believe to be insanely dangerous and have zero place in government. I also believe in god.

In all seriousness. Trump is someone who will work harder than every President ever has. Now who knows if it will benefit the Country at all but at least He won't fail because He's basking in the glory of being the first kind of African American president ever.

Agree wholeheartedly. For myself, picture being a non-god fearing, atheist, who is a social liberal, and who still wants to bomb the shit out of Tehran if they get close to a device. No club wants to have me at present. But my pity party has been going on a for a while so I'm used to it.
