    I'm not sure he has had a team fully since the IT days.

    The amount of transfers and team conduct since tw has been toxic. Nwg was even the voice of reason.

    To be fair to romar, losing makes teams very difficult to maintain a great attitude. I know he has a lot to do with that, but it's not like he can keep teams happy all year when they lose non stop.

    That's like saying I'm partly not to blame for being broke because I have a shitty job and spend too much.

    When the sex scandal hit Oregon, Altman was down to three scholarship players and still built a team that almost made the tournament that year. The following year, he made it to the sweet sixteen. In the end, you still have to somewhat coach.
