This one is confusing for me, but it's a real big let down. Especially with what we have coming in the 2019/2020 classes. We need to stop the trend of best players in state going elsewhere.

The Best Players in the state, as in the #1 Players in the state. Foster was obvious, and he sees Harrison as the best player coming out of Washington in the 2018 class ( I assume)backthepack said:
