He really does have a great arm. We'll see if he becomes a quarterback. But some throws he makes shows why he was rated so high.

Eason will fill up the stat sheet but will he be a winner?
Winners lose now?
Browning was 7-6 as a freshman
Eason or Herbert would've been amazing pick ups last year. Both of them would've redshirted and sat behind boy 20%blunder/80%wonder for 3 years and then started as a RS-Jr. Hopefully Bridge-Gadd will be good, but in order to be elite, having your roster stocked with top notch kids would be nice.

Eason was not looking to go somewhere and wait his turn for 3 years. His dad would never have allowed that.
His recruitment was a fascinating one. Commits to a school 10,000 miles away. Entire staff that recruited him for years gets fired. Kid stays committed to school 10,000 miles away. School hires small-timey, first time head coach with defensive background. Kid stays committed. Was UGA the only place in the country he would have immediately started at? Did a kid from Lake Stevens love Athens, Georgia that much? Was he already too paid up with the boosters to back out? Did he fall in love with a local Jawja girl? Is he just stupid?
