Yeah here's the democrat answer in California much like last elections "safer schools and neighborhoods" bill that let 40,000 felons out of prison we now have Prop 57. Check out this list of "non violent" offenses according to this idiotic law. California won't need prisons as nothing will be a crime anymore!
