The defense was stopping them fine except for the dumb penalties they committed.
Looking at how the Husky defense was losing the battle up front, I don't see how you can say that.
Utah averaged 4.7 yards per play ... over the course of a game that's usually a very good number ...

They also made the plays that they needed to when the chips were on the table ... that's a really good sign
Agreed, though Utah's offensive coordinator deserves an honorable mention.
And what should he have done that was better? They were tilted towards running the ball and Joe Williams had 35 carries ... they don't have much depth at the position and he was running on empty in the 2nd half
