My wife was born and raised on a reservation (yes Swaye, I stole one of your women). Her family and most of her extended family are fairly well off, but her grandpa had a pretty crazy childhood. He was one of the kids shipped away to live with a white family for most of his childhood. Once he moved back home he had to deal with racist local rednecks.
