    Nah undefeated PAC-12 team won't be left out of the playoff. A lot of the national media still thinks the conference is decent-good because they don't watch half the games.

    Nightmare scenario would be UW win out, Cougs lose to Oregon State or some other bullshit team, Cougs win Apple Cup. 9-3 WSU to Rose Bowl, 11-1 UW to Holliday Bowl.
    UW would get an at large ny6 bowl in that scenario.

    Not necessarily. The Orange and Cotton Bowls might not want such damaged goods.
