That confirms the thought that Chryst sucks ... now the question is how much does Burns?
People forget that David Shaw Fucking Stupid picked Josh Nunes over Kevin Hogan.
1) This was specifically discussed during the TSIO preview of Stanford
2) Chryst was the experienced guy and Nunes in your above example ...
3) We don't know if Burns is Hogan ... but at least to Shaw's credit he's not going to the well of the upperclass QB like he did with Nunes
Neither one of these two have any meaningful experience. However, Burns has played in 6 games, Chryst has played in 4. Burns is a RSJr, Chryst is a RSSo.
So, in appears, Shaw has once again gone to the well of the upperclass QB.

Hi. The point is that Shaw can fuck up QB evaluation. Stop trying to THINK because you're bad at it.
He hasn't. Nunes was the only shitty one. Shaw is actually smart enough to run the fucking ball unless passing is a necessity. Shaw might look like Donatello, but he's a good coach.
Stanford's 3 major bowl wins came against a Va Tech team that lost to James Madison, an 8-5 Wisconsin team who made the Big 10 title game thanks to post-season bans for PSU and OSU, and an Iowa team that reached the Rose Bowl last year through smoke an mirrors.

REAL God will smite David Shaw for this.
I remember him losing in the high school state playoffs well...
Alabama DE Jonanthan Allen was on that team too.
