It's not profiling if the people being looked at fit the profile of those doing the crime in a place where the crimes are likely to occur.

Fuck you're stupid. That's exactly what profiling is.
Fuck you're dumb as a box of rocks. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck and looks like a duck it's probably a duck. If ducks are committing certain crimes in certain areas they're still ducks. If you're looking for ducks checking dogs won't do much good.
You are too retarded for words. You've once again recited the definition of "profiling" to a T, yet are still contending that what you're describing is not profiling.

Here's a hint; profiling should be common practice for every law enforcement agency. The more you treat it like a dirty word, the more the "libtards" that you hate so much will continue to advance their anti-profiling agenda.
Sure you tell one of the national experts that teaches it she's wrong. This is the cutting edge but you're as sharp as the edge of town.
Teachers are those who can't hack it in the real world.

I can't believe this is being discussed. Of course profiling has, should, and is being done.

What is the gender, age, and ethnicity of those that have perpetrated terrorist attacks in this country in the modern era ---- overwhelmingly, though, they constitute a small percentage of the population?

This has nothing to do with the Constitution. Jesus.

    Grow up.

The word's "Liberal" and "logic" are never used together. Liberals have replaced logic with emotion in the decision making process.

You watched the movie "Cocktail" and let it become part of your world view.

That really is all I need to say.

    "Constitution in tatters, crime down."

    Ok, sure.

For every 1 lawyer who will say profiling shreds the Constitution, I can provide one who says it does not.
