When the Beatles were recording the Let it Be album, Yoko sat in and openly criticized how the others were playing and stated what she wanted to be changed.
Yoko also was the one who pushed John to get hooked on heroin. (Which is his responsibility of course). But then she took over and began running his business affairs and limited contact John had with his first son Julian.
