    They are remarkably consistent:

    1. Too many fouls per game at the beginning of the year ... still doing it.
    2. Chriss can't stop making stupid mistakes ... still doing it.
    3. Complete lack of any semblance of an offense ... still doing it.
    4. Unable to guard the ball ... still doing it.
    5. Unable to get a rebound ... still doing it.
    6. Unable to provide any help defense ... still doing it.
    7. Unable to call a timeout and make an adjustment ... still doing it.

But hey, wait until next year because taking an entire summer off will help them improve whereas the 30+ games they just got done playing didn't do a fucking bit of good.

The real question is, has Romar ever improved a player that wouldnt have just improved anywhere on their own because of their own extreme mental drive to get better.

Players like pondexter, thomas, or roy improved in spite of Romar, not because of him.

Doogs are stupid and gullible and buy in because these guys are all really athletic and play a fast style and it's fun to watch at times like some of the 2000s teams. If you throw a bunch of guys who are mostly at least all-state together, they'll have some flashes. All the dumb mistakes are excused by youth or my all time favorite, "He can't play for them out there!!! He can't set screens or shoot, or rebound, or block!!

Even with Murray and Chriss leaving there would still be something to work with if UW had a half decent coach...

Romar could take Kansas' roster and find a way for them to finish sub.500 in the pac12

I wouldn't be surprised if Dickerson and one of Green/Thybulle/Crisp transfer out. All those guys look completely lost in Romar's system. A combination of that and Chriss and Murray both leaving and there's a slight ray of hope of Romar getting canned.

One or two will just because this college basketball.

I've watched more husky basketball games than any self respecting person should admit to this season, and literally every broadcast gushes about the talent on the floor but never says shit about Romar except that "he's the dean of the Pac and has brought this program a long way. Great human being"

    Telling.

Announcers are worthless because they don't state the obvious when it comes to shitty coaching. It's part of the code.

Rondeau described one section of the second half as looking very rat ballish ... can't imagine many PxP guys in the country describing a game that way

This is the first husky game I've truly watched. The talent on the floor is undeniable, but every other possession on offense or defense they do something stupid that just makes you shake your head. Just an once of discipline and this is a ncaa tourney 8 seed

Good coaching takes a team from the beginning to the end of the year and the improvement is easy to identify ...

Trying to find improvement in a Romar team hasn't been seen in years
