I still think Troy Williams has the talent to be a good Pac-12 QB. Utah's offense better suits him and he'll be a better runner than Travis "Crazy Legs" Wilson. They lose their stud RB so they'll need Williams to create some offense with his legs.

Seems like Washington has a history of recruiting QBs who have throwing arms that are prone to fatigue.

I'm also hearing that he doesn't like to compete.
