It's Utah. Their starting QB last year was Travis Wilson. This should surprise no one.
I'm sure Felix Sweetman would've won the job if he were competing against Wilson. -

I still think Troy Williams has the talent to be a good Pac-12 QB. Utah's offense better suits him and he'll be a better runner than Travis "Crazy Legs" Wilson. They lose their stud RB so they'll need Williams to create some offense with his legs.
