The democrats anointed Hillary almost eight years ago, but have spent 50 years or so culturing an environment through popular media that makes it nearly impossible for her to lose. If she were running as a republican, the attacks on her would be relentless and from every angle. It's entirely possible that she'd be in jail right now, just by switching her party initial from a D to an R.
The republicans are tripping over themselves, failing to put forth a truly solid front running candidate. Even so, virtually any of their entire field would be better than Hillary, but there are an awful lot of people out there who could care less about her illegal activities and demonstrated incompetence. These people are in line to vote for more free stuff, granting of illegitimate citizenship, tax "the rich" polices, increases in social program spending, unconstitutional feel good "laws" by executive order so long as it's a democrat with the pen, and all of the other crap she and her fellow progressive elites sell for votes. And don't discount that we now have an entire generation of entitled pussies who have been "educated" to vote en masse her way.
I hate to say it, but it's very possible that Hondo's chin is going to be soaked in whatever Hillary secretes from her/his/transgender loins for at least the next five years. Depressing, but that's where we appear to be today.
America wanted to elect a Black President and get it off our(?) bucket list. They were not ready to abandon ship after one term. Bush!!!! was to blame, AQ was on the run and Iraq was a great triumph. All campaign points by Obama.
Yet the House and Senate lost seats in every election and are now solid GOP, for what it is worth which is apparently nothing.
Hillary is a horrible campaigner with skeltons falling out of her closet because it is so full.
If she wins then I am horribly wrong and will agree with those who say the electoral math makes it impossible for the GOP to win the White House.
McCain and Romney were solid moderates who were painted as extreme the same way whoever wins the GOP will be this year. Including Kasich or Christie.
Might as well run a street fighter who will make the streets run red with Hillary's blood. Cruz or Trump fit that mold. The GOP doesn't need a me too only a little less candidate.
In case you haven't noticed the media are having a worse campaign than Jeb. Striking back at them gains votes. Reagan knew this. You don't try to get along with them, you rip them a new one
