    Those were the two best teams in college football that year and it wasn't close.
    LSU beat 3 BCS bowl winners that year, 2 on the road.
    Alabama lost 1 game, and actually gave LSU a game (and should have won) unlike the "class" of the PAC-12 that year.
    Oklahoma State had its chances and lost to fucking Iowa State
