How about utilizing Perkins or Daniels in the screen game instead of the bubble screens that don't work?

Not sure I buy the play as drawn up due to the following:
1) If man to man, LB will already be lined up against the TE screen UNLESS he blitzes.
2) If zone, the CB on that side of the field will come in closer to the TE as he no longer needs to worry about defending to the boundary.
The better play call I see here is the faking of the WR screen to the right and then hitting either the TE down the seam against the SS if he goes aggressively to the screen game or taking the weakside TE/H on a corner route ... particularly if against man coverage by the FS. Other option that you can do off of that play is a pass to either the flat or wheel route to the RB against the LB. This is the kind of play where I can see McGrew really excelling in once he gets here.
