Husky Refugees Meet Rain, Resistance and Confusion at Lake Crossings

Millions more Washington Husky football fans could come to Hardcore Husky to seek asylum, a United Nations agency chief predicted yesterday.
More than 430,000 Dawgman refugees and migrants have crossed Lake Washington to reach Hardcore Husky this year, the Geneva-based International Organisation for Migration said yesterday. .
But Adam Jude, Unicef’s director for the Montlake Bvld and Lake Washington region, predicted there will be a further massive influx of refugees unless the bloody Husky Nation civil war ends.
He said: ‘There could be millions and millions more refugees leaving Dawgman and ultimately (going) to the Hardcore Husky web site.’

Many were packed into rubber dinghies, with about 2,750 drowning.

John Gurgle, of Kirkland, witnessed bodies washing up on the shores of Lake Washington in ever increasing numbers since about the middle of the last year or so.
By contrast, only 197,940 dawg fans made the dangerous lake crossing in the whole of last year.
Half of those crossing this year have been fleeing Husky Nation's devastating civil war, according to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Husky Nation has been embroiled in civil war for around a decade now (since even before whats now known as the Turner FS era), with millions fleeing Dawgman's shitty web site. About 240,000 fans have died in the conflict in the past six years alone, mostly fleeing after the Battle of Owen 12, the bloodiest event of this ongoing saga to date. Mr Jude said Dawgman had become a ‘living hell’ that people were desperate to escape.

But there was debate last night among UN experts over how many Dawgman members are likely to seek asylum in the Hardcore Husky forum. UNHCR spokesman Swaye DaInjun said: ‘We are far yet from millions. I think we should be very careful about inflating the numbers.’
Almost 8 million people are displaced within Husky Nation, roughly 81%, and another 4 million are registered as refugees in neighboring sites, primarily UWdawgpound, Lemonparty and the basement complex underneath the house of Derek Johnson's mother.

Some 250,000 former Dawgman members have sought safe refuge in Syria.

The UNHCR is trying to help the football sites dealing with the crisis at the edge of the Husky Nation sphere of influence. The agency is sending prefabricated homes to provide temporary overnight shelter for 300 families in Edmonds near the Very Taki Tiki bar and grill. Seven hundred and eleven pre-fab family homes have also arrived in the Greek island of Lesbos (hardy har har), 300 are being sent to Kent, and 5 have arrived in Bellevue.
Meanwhile, Dawgman partially shut a hyperlink linking Hardcore Husky and Dawgman yesterday, citing security concerns. After further explanation Dawgman's CEO said "your eyes are as good as mine" and that the hyperlink to Hardcore Husky will remain shut over the weekend because of ‘massive over-burdening’ by migrants.
Dawgman is racing to construct a firewall amongst its servers by early next month to help stem the tide. It also plans to implement tougher subscription cancellation rules. Dawgman is not sure if the new implementations will be successful.
"Either way it's interesting." said Dawgman's Scott Ecklund, who remains optimistic.

A man named Mike Damone said, "It is heart-breaking situation. It reflects a terrible picture as far as the civilized world."

Mike Damone is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Aurora in the U-District. His 81-year-old mother and his 21-year-old sister Trixie are Husky fans stuck on Dawgman.

Damone explained, "My mom and sister are trapped on the Dawgman site in the Scout zone which is protected by very powerful douchebags. But the surrounding is all in the hands of the HHB rebels and the ISIS and the Dawgman extremists. They fear of their lives on a daily basis."

We met Damone outside the Armenian Genocide Monument on the Green River Community College campus. His mother and sister can only hope for a break in the Dawgman violence so they can eventually return to fan freedom.

"They have decided to stay put because they fear their safety," said Damone. "It's not easy. Two ladies in a short man's world and in the chaos of the situation that exists for them to take that chance and hit the road."

“There is only one thing that should be done: End the war,” said Kim Grinolds, a day drinker. For all the tears that have been spilled by everyday dawg fans and boosters galvanized into responding to the humanitarian crisis, not much consideration has been given to Mr Grinolds plea to end the conflict that has killed millions of Husky fans, and displaced millions more who have fled to refugee camps on other sites.

The Dawgman staff is responsible for the war, but that is only half of the truth. The other half is that Husky fans have entered into an unholy pact by not cancelling subscriptions that has allowed Dawgman to hold on to power, with disgusting consequences. Dawgman's brutal regime lost all legitimacy when it violenly suppressed uprisings during the Willingham Spring. Husky Nation descended into all out civil war with the HHB rebel groups, from moderates to fanatics, fighting the regime. Cakes were even baked. A red line was drawn, and crossed, which shed light on the horrific tactics used by the Dawgman staff against it's own people.

UWdawgpound will take fewer than 1,000 extra Dawgman refugees this year, it emerged last night.
Some guy pledged that UWdawgpound would take 20,000 extra Dawgman refugees by 2020. But we are hearing from our sources who last night said fewer than 1,000 were likely to be offered new homes before Christmas.

Thursday, Joseph Stalin pledged Hardcore Husky would accept more than 1,000,000 Dawgman refugees in the coming year.
