Washington was program at rock bottom with few prospects for improvement, and Sark did an excellent job turning it around. I didn't even bother to search out the author's name, but he has to be pretty stupid and ignorant. Warshington has basically been a consistent top half of the Pac 10 and 12 team since 1977 minus a really bad five or six year period with two awful coaches.
