Here's the best resource I've come across that I've used for years. It's from an LSU site so simply adjust for the time zone change (-2 hours for us).

That's what I use every year and where i got this from... I altered the times myself.

Seems like the op left a lot of questions. Cali and AZ are the same time now because AZ doesn't save daylight
