NWAReally it has to be NWA. 2 live crew was just them. Party music with bitches. Bone thugs are an offshoot of NWA. Wu tang has a ton of good albums but a ton of shit too. I can't listen to much public enemy, it's too raw. Cypress hill rocks but they didn't make enough music.
Look at what all NWA created after they split, even Eminem is from that camp.
Don't forget Junior mafia/puff daddy and the offshoots from there, Biggie, 2pac (even tho he thrived out west), Mase, etc.
