    This is one of the reasons why QB metrics aren't so cut and dry anymore, especially in CFB where the talent discrepancies are greater than in the NFL.

    Who cares if a QB puts up great numbers if the team is average? Not saying USC was average last year but they had some great talent in 2014 (and still do).

    Beyond USC, a 66.6% completion rate and an TD to INT ratio of 17 to 4 for a QB looks great on paper right? But when you watch that in person, it seems like another world.
