It was reported previously on here, by our resident bruin, that Cope-Fitzpatrick was going to be academically ineligible again this season, leaving USC with one scholarship TE this season. Although he's academically ineligible at this time, Sark's been saying he has some work to do, but he's optimistic.

Sounds like Sark will be buying his professors some coffee this month.

Waiting for @bananasnblondes to confirm.

In the history of college athletics I've never heard of a coach say a kid is screwed because of grades before the fact.

Kid just needed a little akademik guidance, quite honestly, he's doing great now.

this is actually Sark's preferred scenario - lost some guys beyond his control and had low #s... just need a few years to get his guys in there.

Sounds like academis aren't that important to the kid.
