Ponce De Leon, head coach USC
Fountain of Youth now resides in LA"For us, it's a huge factor because we're still a youthful offense," USC coach Steve Sarkisian said of third-year starter Kessler. "When you have a veteran at that position it helps when you are dealing with younger receivers, offensive linemen, some running backs who might be inexperienced."

Can't wait for next year when it's flipped.
"Honestly, It's nice having some experience on the outside and in the trenches, but there are going to be some inevitable trust issues when breaking in a new QB. Once Max learns this is his team, and we all get on the same page with what we're trying to do, who is where when, all those things that go into the type of offense we want to create, I think we're going to see a pretty darn productive unit. But still, whenever you lose a guy like Kessler to the NFL, you need to have patience with all these things."
High attrition and low production from upperclassmen = forever young teams. Side question, is @RodStewartDawg available?
Can't go wrong with abundance.
No talent or credentials, pretty much inherited rather than truly earned his position. Most important, he talks a whole lot but really doesn't say much.
Easily the biggest win of his career ... and that's sad
