Oregon, UCLA, and Texas were all way more likely than Washington. Two title contenders loaded with talent and 1 of the biggest national brands with more exposure than any other school with a guaranteed starting spot.

Yeah, Adams was knocking down the door.

You don't need a 1 year starter when your trying to build a program that will struggle to win 8 games next year no matter who the QB is. Give the reps to KJCS or Browning. No more reps for Miles and certainly not a one year transfer starter.

Huskies are building for 2016 and beyond - Adams does nothing to help that.

We got the in state Adams that we need - his name is Trey.

I'm still waiting waiting what other elite media types like Softy and Gasman have to say.

I'm fairly sure a coach can't contact a potential transfer, the player has to contact the school. I doubt Adams ever attempted to contact UW.

Oh the horror. Groz? He doesn't watch college football?

Those clowns are unbelievable. Oregon's returning talent on the outside and at RB is rediculous. I don't think Oregon has ever been this deep at the skill poisitions. I think Adams realized if he can score 50+ agianst D1 teams with Eastern's talent, the sky is the limit with what Oregon has.

UCLA and Texas I'd imagine were intriguing. But neither school offers the weapons that Oregon has. the one argument I'd make though, is that UCLA at least provides a better chance at winning since they actually have a defense.

If Oregon and hometown UCLA were after him, and they have as big of a hole at QB, why would he go to UW?

Really lazy media take on this. Softy was bitching about this as well.

Adams is not going to put near the same numbers he did at EWU. Only for the very simple reason because EWU threw the ball literally every single play. Oregon is not going to do that with Tyner and Rolls Royce Freeman.

In a more interesting turn, the popular media opinion now is that Romar is getting close to the end of his leash ... 2016 or bust.

That is pretty much common sense. Romar is going to get a chance with his highly rated recruiting class.

Why would Adams want to play for a team that will have four new OL and finished last in the PAC 12 in offense when he can play for championship contenders in Oregon and UCLA?

The media around here sure is smrt!

Fuxk the local "Is that my ass or a hole in the ground" media. Why would he give up what he had at EWU to come to UW even IF UW were the only team interested?!

What part of Petersen's experience at UW indicates he would actively recruit a one and done starting QB?
